You may choose a suitable block of land from a prime land estates in Melbourne by yourself and Aurumont will build a customised house for you with a trustworthy local builder.
After you select your land, we will help you to match a beautiful house design to your land. We will confirm the full list of inclusions/specifications, internal and external colour scheme as well as landscaping with you. You then sign a Building Contract directly with the builder.
A tailored turn-key house and package is now ready for you.

You need to check how much cash you have, how much finance you may get from the bank and the possible government grants and subsidies you may receive. Work out the rough figures of Stamp Duty and conveyancing fee etc. FIRB application fee will apply to foreign buyers. And set up your maximum budget.
You have to consider your particular requirements. Is this house for investment or for you to live? How many bedroom and garage do you need?
Consider the area that fits your lifestyle. Which area do you like to live at, Southeast, North or West of Melbourne? Don’t hesitate to drive there and make a thorough inspection.
Which land estate is of your favourite? Check the government planning, employment opportunities, schools, transportation, shopping centre and medical facilities. Find out the current rental level in that area and the capital growth history and potential of that community.
Choose a block of land suitable for your requirements and sign a contract with land developer.

Choose a house design and confirm the inclusions/ detail specifications, internal and external colour schemes and landscaping.
We will inspect the display housing of the builder and assist you to sign the Building Contract.
Our Master Builders
After the land settlement, the Builder will apply Building Permit for you and then start to construct the house.
Normally there are 5 stages for the construction:
- Slab Stage
- Frame Stage
- Lockup Stage
- Fixing Stage
- Completion
You need to make progress payment according to the stage.
The builder will handover the house to you after completion.
